Fix Limp Legs in the Snatch & Clean
Do your legs go limp at the top of your pull instead of driving like they should?
Do a vertical jump before each lift.
Not only will it give your legs a sense of what you want them to do, it’ll encourage more aggression in the lift, AND you’ll be getting a good dose of jump training to improve your explosiveness overall.
If you want to really focus on leg power, don’t use any arm swing.
