Based on power snatch 1rm or full snatch 1rm?
Greg Everett
I know from experience that I can make quick strength gains once I get a couple weeks under my belt.
Wondering how I should update the 1rms once I make big jumps in strength (due to muscle memory)?
Should I do a retest after a couple weeks and update the 1rms accordingly? Or should I just stick to the full 12 weeks with my current 1rms? Worried my current numbers might be too light after a couple weeks...

3 questions:
1-Is it possible to buy the 3day program in excel, text or web version?
2-Roughly, would the sessions of the 3days program fit 1hour of training?
3-are the volumes of the 3day and 5days program the same?
Changes in life and trying to figure out the next routine.
Thank you,
Gui
1) the 3 day progrm is through train heroic only, so no, but there are many programs that are downloadable that you could alter to fit your training schedule as needed based on these guidelines:

2) That depends entirely on your pace of training. It is possible, but generally programs do take longer than one hour with warm up and accessory factored in.
3) The volume is not the same, the additiona 2 days of programming will add more to your weekly load of volume overall.
