Training Camps

Join Greg & Aimee Everett for a multiple-day training camp in the world-renowned Catalyst Athletics gym. Get several training sessions with coaching from Greg & Aimee and social activities for a challenging, informative and fun experience.

Standard camps are Thursday - Sunday with two training sessions Friday & Saturday, and additional activities during the weekend (varies by event).

We also offer week-long camps that run Monday - Saturday with an optional group activity Sunday morning. These camps include training sessions, bodywork, and multiple dinners.

All levels of experience are welcome!
